What inspired Home Appliance?

I worked for a company before setting up Home Appliance, I was not happy with how the customers got treated, making as much money as possible with minimal effort was their key goal. Using cheap parts and charging for things that was not carried out just to pinch a few extra pounds from the customers pocket made me set up Home Appliance so I can offer a fair and decent service. It still makes me sad when I hear that some of my customers have been ripped off by these kinds of companies and their greed is terrible. I like to offer good value for money and to be open and honest with my pricing along with offering a decent service. With low overheads I am equipped to offer that.
