Just a short blog on this weeks work, january and february was a little bit slow. All of a sudden there has been an big increase in workload between myself and Peter. The workshop has a few dishwashers in for repair. They will receive the attention of Peters expert knowledge that he has gained.
This week has also gained a couple of housing managers making contact and offering us work. This consisted of a fridge freezer that needed a service to get its cooling fans running.
Three miele washing machines have been serviced too. Each one had a new door seal fitted too.
The booking page has been a good asset too, people can book themselves in and choose their own day and time. A small deposit is taken at the time of booking and that is deducted from the final bill.
Each booking slot is an hour long and gives plenty of time to ensure that a decent repair is carried out and not rushed in the case of many other appliance repair companies who would want to cram in as many jobs as possible.

2019 is the year of a few more improvements - a longer slot allocated for repairs - a booking page with a booking deposit to prevent time wasters. This would only cut short the available slots from genuine customers. Also allowing us to increase each slot for your repair.
